​Joe chose springs on his equipment for good reason. Discover how to get 100% benefit from every reformer exercise -no cheating. Learn to connect your body to the springs. You will also learn to properly use the springs on every apparatus to challenge your body and build strength and stamina. This will deepen the work for even the most advanced Pilates practitioner using only the classical intermediate exercises. Discover how Joe Pilates used simple, but not simplistic, spring techniques to get a stronger body and mind in an efficient way.

In this fun and interactive workshop, you will learn:

    The essentials of armchair work, including establishing connections to your back and knowing how to move from your back. You will also release unwanted tension and put in good tension.

    Challenge your body on the armchair to build on other exercises on the Contrology system.

Flow can provide additional challenges when a high level of technique is achieved on individual Wunda Chair exercises.

In this workshop Joel will help you learn and experience original classical Wunda chair exercises linked together into logical, challenging flow combinations, amplifying your physical and mental fitness.
