ELDOA
ELDOA (Etirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Osteo-Articulaire) is an exercise method designed to increase space within specific spinal joints, improving joint mechanics, reducing pressure on discs, and potentially alleviating pain and improving posture. It involves creating fascial tension through specific body positions to normalize the spine and reduce compression.

In our stretch class it is our goal to focus on improving flexibility, mobility, and muscle relaxation. In this class you will be introduced to dynamic stretches rooted in Classical Pilates to warm up the body and then we will safely transition to more static stretches held for longer periods of time to improve muscle length and range of motion. This class can occasionally include techniques like myofascial release using foam rollers or massage balls to target tight spots and relieve muscle tension. This class is ideal for anyone looking to increase flexibility, recover from your workouts, or simply relieve tight muscles.

Exercise
Endurance
up to 7
In our Endurance class we combine the principals of classical Pilates with high-energy, heart pumping cardio exercises. In this class you’ll engage in a series of full body movements using your own body weight and small equipment like the hand weights, TRX, Magic Circle, Jump Boards, and Stability Balls. You can expect to visit several pieces of equipment including the Reformer, mats, and possibly the glide boards. Make sure to bring your water bottle and grab a complimentary sweat towel because endurance can get intense.

Group Class Levels
Phase One
Phase One is an introductory level class that ensures all participants, regardless of experience, can feel challenged and engaged, while also offering modifications to accommodate abilities. Phase One focuses on providing technique foundation while also learning how to listen to and follow the queuing from the instructor.
Phase Two
Phase Two is a moderate level class; the pace is steady and challenging. In Phase Two we will focus on building strength, stamina, and body awareness all while challenging your core, balance, and stability. Due to the pace, participants would benefit from Phase One training, but the class will be accessible to those with a solid foundation who want to increase the intensity of their practice.
Phase Three Mastery
Our signature Mastery class is for masters of the classical Pilates method and is considered to be very advanced. This class requires instructor approval before you can sign up. We ask that you respect this policy and not assume that you are ready for this level. Pilates is a constant practice and to attain this degree of mastery is earned through dedication to the work. If you’re interested in rapidly progressing your strength and flexibility, ask us about private training to help expedite your goals.
